Northwestern Utility Billing Service is a full service utility sub-metering and utility billing company providing service for multi-residential, condominium and commercial properties. Our company was founded in 1998 in Sonoma County, California by several individuals with strong backgrounds in property ownership and management. As such, they recognized that billing for utilities would be financially beneficial for owners and residents alike, and would assist in promoting overall conservation of natural resources. Since 1998, Northwestern Utility Billing Services’ success has grown substantially as more and more property owners and home owners associations have recognized the advantages of utility billing, particularly as water, sewer and trash rates have continued to escalate. We  provide our services for properties throughout California and nationally.  

We pride ourselves in being able to offer personal service to our clients and customers and find that doing so creates strong working and interpersonal relationships. We provide one on one training and assistance for resident managers and have developed our own customized, on-line billing program to capably handle the needs of property owners, managers and the residents we bill. Our friendly customer service staff is available to residents and managers by phone during normal business hours Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For our clients, our company owners are available virtually anytime to handle inquiries and address specific needs.
